Mud Season Bus Transportation Reminder: Mud season effects our bus routes dramatically. Whenever possible, we will communicate changes by way of phone calls, notes home, and the Rumney newsletter. Road conditions can change hourly, so we will also update our website main page, www.rumney.org.
We Need Help Building OZ: You can help with the set for this year’s production of Wizard of Oz. If you want to help build, paint, design, set-up and take down, contact Susan Clark or Brian Prendergast . We need materials too:
Burlap bags or rolls, large pieces of muslin or canvas for painting, large pieces of 3/8 to 3/4 inch plywood scraps, 2x3 or 2x4 lumber, white and bright colored house paints, paint brushes and a roller and pan, corn stalks, long lengths rope, and an old Mailbox.
Pre-Kindergarten Screening Reminder: The Washington Central Supervisory Union is conducting a play-based screening for young children who are 3 and 4 years old (3 years old on or before September 1, 2010). The screening for Middlesex children will be on Monday, March 29th at Rumney. If you are interested in learning more about your child’s overall growth and development please call the Rumney Office at 223-5429 to sign your child up.

"Jam the Jar" with Box Tops for Education: Rumney could earn up to $20,000 per year from Box Tops for Education. You can find them on many products. Please ask your friends and neighbors for donations as well! The jar is in front of the main office window in the lobby. We thank you for your time and helping Rumney to "Jam the Jar."
